Cancellation & refunds.
The current Night Market is a free static demonstration. It does not sell subscriptions, downloads, workshops or consulting packages and does not collect payment.
Check the merchant identity.
If a statement mentions a similar name, confirm the descriptor, date, amount and payment provider. Do not send a complete card number, password or security code. The public site cannot inspect or reverse an unrelated merchant transaction.
A separate agreement comes first.
If Xemuvano later offers paid research, a workshop or another service, the written offer should state deliverables, price, schedule, cancellation window, refund conditions and payment provider before any charge is authorised.
The signed scope controls.
For a separately contracted service, the applicable cancellation notice and any committed work should be stated in that agreement. This page does not invent a universal deadline for work that is not currently offered.
Review the defined milestone.
Where custom work has started, a written agreement may distinguish completed research, reserved time, third-party costs and undelivered stages. Any remedy should follow the actual scope rather than a generic digital-goods policy.
Keep the request specific.
A useful inquiry includes the service name, agreement date, relevant milestone and requested resolution. Share only the minimum information required and use the contact details stated in the corresponding written agreement.
